Accommodate hotel guests by making and confirming reservations, registering and assigning rooms to guests, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts and presenting statements and collecting payments.
Responsible for the overnight operations of the hotel, verifying the accuracy of guest accounts, balancing the day’s charges, as well as assisting with all aspects of guest services.

Responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the kitchen, restaurant and convention center in accordance with current federal, state, local regulations, brand standards and policies. As directed by the Director of Operations, this individual is responsible for assuring that quality services are provided on a daily basis and that all areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
Responsible for setting up, maintaining and breaking down the breakfast buffet and for maintaining the breakfast dining area while making sure the guests feel welcome, comfortable and well attended to at all times.
Prepare, season, and cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods for the restaurant and catered events.
Perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain guest rooms, in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing linens/supplies, dusting and vacuuming room and adjacent hallway.
